Delivery

Delivery of stock that is time sensitive (Alive!) will be via our partner APC.

APC are known in the industry as reliable, why would we argue 🙂

At Ornamental Aquatic Wholesale we strive to deliver the best possible quality of livestock and take DOA claims very seriously. We appreciate any feedback which may help us to provide you with a better service.

Anyone ordering livestock from us to be delivered with an independent courier must agree to these conditions.

Terms and Conditions.

  1. All DOAs should be photographed ASAP, in the bag as they arrived. The bag should not be undone in this image. Additionally, we will need images of the fish out of the bag in order to try and ascertain the cause of death (to prevent reoccurrences).
  2. A DOA form must be completed and returned within 12 hours of receiving the fish.
  3. All DOA forms will be reviewed individually and any remuneration will be provided in the form of a credit note to be used against your next order.
